Do I need an account or a plan to shop?
No. Browse the store and fill your cart freely — 10% off is applied to every price automatically. You only enter your details (name, phone, email, delivery address) at checkout.
What do the paid plans cost, and what do they change?
Plus is $9.99 AUD/month for 25% off; Premium is $14.99 AUD/month for 40% off. The only thing that changes is the discount baked into the prices — same store, same delivery. Your discount applies to every product in the store, and the price you see is always the price you pay.
How does the delivery fee work?
$3 for every $50 of groceries in your cart, or part of. A $45 shop is $3 delivery, a $70 shop is $6, a $120 shop is $9. It updates live in your cart while you shop, so there's never a surprise at checkout.
How does my member discount apply?
When you subscribe you get a unique member code, and this device unlocks member pricing automatically. On another device, tap "Have a member code?" in the cart and enter it — every price drops instantly.
I lost my member code. What now?
Check your welcome email first; if it's gone, message us through the contact page with the email address you subscribed with and we'll resend it.
What if something in my order is out of stock?
A real person sources your order, so we'll pick the closest sensible substitute or contact you before swapping anything. If we can't fill an item, you're not charged for it.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes, paid plans renew monthly on your billing date until you cancel, always at the same price. You'll never be surprised by a different amount.
How do I cancel?
From the my membership page, in a couple of clicks — no fees, no exit forms. You keep your discount until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop back to the free 10% plan.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment platforms. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Can I share my member code with a friend?
Codes are tied to one membership, and orders are checked against it. Your friend can shop with 10% off for free anyway — or join a plan in about two minutes.
